Message I brought up the fact that I have my AVCR set to boost 1.05 BAR, which it does flawlessly. Unfortunately on the upshift it tends to overboost, some times as high as 1.15 BAR. My question was how do I stop this??? Carlos said to turn down the duty, but that wont let me reach my target boost during the majority of boosting. It would only hit it on the up shift. After looking on the website a little more I think that I may be able to fix it using the F/B Speed or the start duty, or perhaps a combo of both. The higher the F/B number the quicker the solenoid is supposed to react right??? In theory I should be able to turn up the F/B Speed and set the start duty for a particular gear to a negative number so that it boosts that much less for the split second that the start duty is "engaged". My question is how long is the start duty added (or subtracted in my case" from the target boost?? Any thoughts you guys might have on this are more thn welcome. ADMIN: if this is supposed to be in tech instead of general, my humblest appoligies. Just wanted to get a good discusion with lots of views. Thanks guys.
